CHENNAIYIL OAR OVIYA SANGAMAM 2025

The event will be held on Sunday, February 02, 2025, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at Semmozhipoonga, Cathedral Road, Teynampet, Chennai.

This Art Expo is an outdoor art festival to showcase the works of artists and make it more easily accessible to the public.

Guidelines for Participating Artists:

• Each artist will be provided a 6ft table & a chair in the open space at the park.
• Limited artworks are allowed; storing and safeguarding them is your responsibility.
• Artists from all over India can participate & display their artworks.
• All types of arts & crafts are accepted for display.
• A total of 500 slots are available, allocated as per registration order only.
• Artists should arrive at 8:30 am to set up their display.
• Lunch & water will be provided for all participants.
• Maintain a clean display area before leaving.
• IAF is not responsible for misplacement/damage/loss of artworks in the open-air zone.
